HazelHALLETTAfter a long illness, Hazel passed peacefully away, on Sunday 7th December 2025, aged 79 years.
Loving wife, mum, gran and great-gran, who will be sadly missed by all her family and many friends.
Funeral Service at St. Giles Church, Sidbury, on Monday 22nd December at 12 noon.
At Hazel's request, please wear something bright and cheerful. Family flowers only please.
